3rd and 46th House
2-story house located in the municipality of Playa. The constructive actions of this house were directed to remodel, adapt and expand all the interior and exterior spaces including the perimeter fence, interior terrace open to the outside semi roofed with water mirror. We were able to disconnect some walls (see image of the staircase), as well as create skylights on the upper floor for more natural lighting. Contemporary materials were applied.
