Located at the intersection of Avenida de Cojimar and Rotonda de Cojimar, in the municipality of Habana del Este, the factory underwent renovation and repair. Key activities included the construction of all drainage systems, flooring, industrial suspended ceilings, sewer lines, and utility supply systems for equipment (water, steam, electricity). The existing production line was dismantled and a new production line was installed, along with the electrical installation of the entire lighting and power system.
The project was completed in two months.

PROXCOR Confectionery Factory

Located in the Villa Clara Province, Caibarién Municipality, the project was carried out by a Cuban-Slovakian joint venture and took eight months to complete. The work involved the complete renovation and repurposing of the industrial facility. Key activities included the construction of all partitions, bathrooms, and the installation of utility networks (plumbing, sanitation, electricity, power, and steam), as well as the installation of air conditioning, floor resin coating, and the landscaping of exterior areas. Work was also done on auxiliary structures such as the pump house and offices.

Profood SA Warehouse

Located in the Special Development Zone of Mariel. Warehouse built with all its structure with the purpose of storage for food products, which was provided with the installation service to the different specialties such as electricity, climate, ventilation and extraction to complete its operation.

Nestlé Administrative Building

The project, located on the main highway in the Cotorro Municipality, belongs to the CORALAC SA Joint Venture. To avoid interrupting production, it was necessary to carry out the work while the facility remained operational. Construction work was performed on various aspects of the project, including a complete renovation and expansion of the administrative building, encompassing all systems; work in the freezing chambers, where temperatures reached -30°C; replacement of all shelving in the laboratories; and renovation and expansion of all systems in the exterior areas. Work also included replacing all storm drains and road gutters, and in the production area, replacing all the chillers, installing ductwork, and constructing partitions.

COMITAL Pasta Factory

Obra ubicada en Avenida de Cojimar y Rotonda de Cojimar, municipio Habana del Este. El cliente de la obra fue la Empresa mixta Cuba-Italia a la que el servicio brindado fue bajo la modalidad de llave en mano, que comprendió la elaboración del proyecto de Ideas Preliminares y del Proyecto Técnico Ejecutivo que fueron realizados por la empresa de proyectos EPROYIV, la ejecución de la obra y la asistencia técnica en la contratación de los suministros ambas actividades realizadas por nuestra Cooperativa. Entre las principales actividades constructivas realizadas estuvieron la demolición de los existente hasta el movimiento de tierra y la ejecución de la fabrica con todos los sistemas, incluyendo el montaje de la línea de producción.
